The natural hot spring here at Izumi Tenku no Yu is a "beauty bath" with a strong cleansing effect that removes dead skin cells and dirt from pores. Generally, the stronger the cleansing effect, the more likely it is to dry out the skin. However, our hot spring has a high salt concentration, so it also has heat retention and moisturizing effects. The "salt pack effect" keeps your skin hydrated while promoting blood circulation even after bathing. In addition to smoothness and whitening, it also provides moisturizing care. Relax and soak in slightly warm water (38-41°C) for 20-30 minutes. This improves blood circulation and boosts skin metabolism.
Lather up the soap or body wash well and wash your body. Do not scrub vigorously as this will remove the new stratum corneum and cause dryness.
Take one last relaxing soak in the water, or finish off with a full body massage in the shower.

Women's bath

Various styles of saunas
It refreshes the mind and body.
Raising your body temperature in a short amount of time can help improve blood flow and metabolism. Sweating flushes out waste products and fatigue, leaving you feeling refreshed.
The sauna room is humid and has a temperature of around 50 degrees.
By applying the salt provided to your body, it will dissolve and remove sebum and dirt that has accumulated deep in your pores along with your sweat.
