    The natural hot spring here at Izumi Tenku no Yu is a "beauty bath" with a strong cleansing effect that removes dead skin cells and dirt from pores. Generally, the stronger the cleansing effect, the more likely it is to dry out the skin. However, our hot spring has a high salt concentration, so it also has heat retention and moisturizing effects. The "salt pack effect" keeps your skin hydrated while promoting blood circulation even after bathing. In addition to smoothness and whitening, it also provides moisturizing care.     Relax in the hot water

    Relax and soak in slightly warm water (38-41°C) for 20-30 minutes. This improves blood circulation and boosts skin metabolism.

    Gently wash your body

    Lather up the soap or body wash well and wash your body. Do not scrub vigorously as this will remove the new stratum corneum and cause dryness.

    Once again, soak in the water

    Take one last relaxing soak in the water, or finish off with a full body massage in the shower.

    By applying the salt provided to your body, it will dissolve and remove sebum and dirt that has accumulated deep in your pores along with your sweat.

    • Basic bathing method
      First, wash your whole body thoroughly and wipe it well.

      Sweating will be easier if you wipe off moisture thoroughly before bathing.

      I'll go into the sauna.

      Generally, a bath time of around 8 to 12 minutes is appropriate, but beginners or those unsure of their health can shorten the time and adjust it to suit their needs.

      *The temperature inside the sauna increases the higher you go. Beginners should start from the bottom.

      After leaving the sauna, you can add a healthy stimulus by splashing water on your feet or taking a shower.

      *Please be careful as suddenly jumping into a cold bath puts strain on your heart.

      At the end, take a shower or a cold bath to cool down your body and dry your whole body thoroughly.

      It is more effective to receive body care while your body is warmed up.

    • Alternating hot and cold baths
      method

      Alternating between a hot sauna and a cold bath
      (Repeat steps ① to ③ two or three times)

      ① Enter a hot sauna for 8 to 12 minutes

      ② Take a cold shower or a cold bath

      ③ Take a short break and then go back to the sauna.
