About use

QWhat are your business hours and closing days?
AWe are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, you cannot enter the facility between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Also, the baths are closed between 1:30 AM and 5:00 AM due to cleaning.

*The facility is closed approximately once a month for equipment inspection.

QCan I use credit cards or electronic money?
AIn addition to various credit cards, we also accept iD and QUICPay.
QAre there any age restrictions or other admission restrictions at each facility?
AFor safety and hygiene reasons, children aged 0 to 3 years and those wearing diapers are not allowed to enter the facility.
Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
In addition, the bedrock bath corner is available to those in junior high school and above.
QPlease tell me which facilities charge additional fees in addition to the admission fee.
AThe bedrock bath corner costs 800 yen (tax included) in addition to the admission fee.
Additionally, there is an additional charge for food and drinks at the Ariake Kitchen and drink counter, as well as beauty and body care services.
QAre there any facilities that require reservations?
ANo. However, if you make a reservation in advance for body care, aroma oil beauty salon, and exfoliation, you can receive the service without waiting.

QCan I bring in food and drinks?
APlease note that bringing in food and drinks is not permitted.
QAre there any facilities that can be used by both men and women?
AYou can use the bedrock bath, Ariake Kitchen, cafe lounge, and relaxation lounge all at once.
QCan I use the facility empty-handed?
A 館内着、タオルの貸出、各種アメニティを取り揃えておりますので、⼿ぶらでご利⽤いただけます。
QCan I stay overnight?
AThere is a rest area, but there are no accommodation facilities on site.
Guests wishing to stay overnight can conveniently stay at the adjacent Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake.

QCan I re-enter?
ARe-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the museum, you will be charged the admission fee again.
QUp to what age can children enter the opposite-sex baths?
ADue to the revision of the Koto Ward Public Baths Act Enforcement Ordinance, from January 1, 2022, children under the age of 6 will be able to bathe with their guardians regardless of gender, but children over the age of 7 or over or over 120cm tall will be required to bathe in the baths of the same gender.
QHow long will items left behind in the library be kept?
AIf there is no report from the owner, the item will be kept for one month from the date of discovery. Items that have passed the storage period will be disposed of by the hotel. In such cases, we cannot assume any responsibility. *Food, drinks, newspapers, and magazines will be disposed of on the same day, and valuables and items whose property value cannot be determined will be disposed of in accordance with the Lost Property Act.

About the facility

QIs there a car or bicycle parking area?
AGuests can use the car and bicycle parking lots within the adjacent Ariake Garden commercial complex.

*Please use "Zone C" for the parking lot and "Elevator B" for the elevator.

QDo you have strollers or wheelchairs available for rental?
AWheelchairs are available for rental. For details, please contact a member of staff (phone: 03-6426-0802).
Sorry, we do not have strollers available.
QIs Wi-Fi and power available?
AFree Wi-Fi is available at the adjacent Ariake Garden commercial complex.
There are power outlets available at some tables in Ariake Kitchen and the cafe lounge.
