QWhat are your business hours and closing days?

AWe are open 24 hours a day. Please note that the baths are closed from 10:00 to 12:30 due to cleaning.
Due to equipment maintenance, payment and check-out procedures will not be possible between 1:00 AM and 1:30 AM.
*There are irregular days when the facility is closed for equipment inspections. Please check the facility announcements for details.

QCan I use credit cards or electronic money?

AIn addition to various credit cards, we also accept iD and QUICPay.

QAre there any age restrictions or other admission restrictions at each facility?

AFor safety and hygiene reasons, children aged 0 to 3 years and people wearing diapers are not allowed to enter the facility.
Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
In addition, the bedrock bath corner is available to those in junior high school and above.

QPlease tell me which facilities charge additional fees in addition to the admission fee.

AFood and drink at the restaurant Izumi Tenku, as well as exfoliation and body care services, will incur additional charges.
Additionally, guests staying at the hotel who are using the preferential rate will be charged an additional 800 yen (tax included) if they use the bedrock bath.

QCan I bring in food and drinks?

APlease note that bringing in food and drinks is not permitted.

QAre there any facilities that can be used by both men and women?

AYou can use the bedrock bath and restaurant Izumi Tenku together.

QCan I use the facility empty-handed?

AWe provide indoor wear, towels, and various amenities, so you can come empty-handed.
Towels are also available for purchase from the vending machine in the changing room (200 yen each, tax included).

QCan I stay overnight?

AThere is a rest area, but there are no accommodation facilities on site.
Guests wishing to stay overnight can conveniently stay at the adjacent Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport or Premier Haneda Airport.

QCan I re-enter?

AVisitors are not permitted to re-enter the museum. Once you leave, you will be charged the admission fee again.
Guests staying at the hotel may re-enter the facility during their stay. A fee of 2,500 yen will be charged per night.

QCan I bring a carry-on suitcase?

AWheeled suitcases and carry-on cases are not permitted.
Please leave your luggage at the Hospitality Center on the 2nd floor or in a coin locker before visiting the museum.

QUp to what age can children enter the opposite-sex baths?

AChildren under the age of 6 may bathe in the opposite-gender baths accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Additionally, children aged 7 and over and over 120cm tall must bathe in the same-sex baths.
